Ingredients

  • Wild garlic harvest, processed in different ways for the whole year

 

Instructions

  1. Finely chop wild garlic leaves and freeze them for universal use in everyday cooking.

  2. To make wild garlic oil, blend leaves into a bright green purée and freeze in ice cube trays for easy, portioned use.

  3. For wild garlic pesto, combine wild garlic, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, salt, and olive oil in a blender and process until rich.

  4. Freeze wild garlic buds to be lightly pan-fried later as a special delicacy to add depth and aroma to dishes.
