Apple Abundance & Sweet + Savoury Tarte Tatin
Gratitude is like a remedy for anxiety. Sometimes, when the world feels overwhelming, I focus on the little things. The things that grow in my garden, the things I can help to nurture myself. Late summer is a season of abundance. The garden is full of little treasures. Apples bending the branches, vegetables waiting to be harvested, flowers fading into seed. There is something deeply satisfying about gathering what has grown, turning it into something new. So let’s get harvesting, make something delicious with it, and perhaps, discover where happiness really lies.
